• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• Descriptions, prices, and availability of services are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right for any modification, price change, or discontinuation of any services in my brochure.

• Most styles have general base prices set for a headshot, half-body, and full-body portrait. The final costs vary depending on the intricacy of the details and the complexity of the background, style, type of animal, the number of characters, etc.
• A 50% deposit or full payment is taken before any work begins. If we decide to go with a 50/50 payment, the second half is paid after the painting is finished.
• All payments are made in USD through PayPal or Ko-fi donations (for smaller commissions).
• You may NOT disclose any personal information found in the transaction process.

• A 50% deposit is non-refundable once the payment has been made. This is to cover the time and effort spent to begin work. By making the payment, you accept these terms and are legally bound by them.
• If you paid in full in advance and the refund is requested at any time before the coloring stage, you will be refunded 50% of the full amount. If the portrait is already in the color process, the refund will not be available.
• If I cancel the commission for any reason at any stage, 100% of the payment will be refunded to you immediately.

• Once the commission is complete, you will receive high-resolution files in 300 DPI for printing. Please let me know if you would like it in a specific size.
• Please note: these paintings are digital and there is no physical product.

• You can use the artwork for any non-commercial purpose, including printing for personal use or gifts, and posting online. You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work. You may NOT redistribute or use the artwork for any commercial purpose unless you purchase commercial rights. You may NOT claim the artwork as yours. Editing my work, such as repainting, tracing, or letting other artists edit my work is prohibited.
• All rights and ownership of the artwork remain with me, the artist, unless agreed otherwise. I reserve the right to record and post any stage of the commission online for portfolio and promotional purposes unless requested otherwise. If you clarify that this is a gift, I will withhold from posting until the appropriate time.
• You may NOT use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Yes! I paint all kinds of domestic and wildlife animals, regardless of how big or small they are!

My costs vary depending on the intricacy of the details and complexity of the background, type of animal, etc. The styles above include base prices for a headshot, half-body, and full-body portrait, as well as the cost for additional characters.

For orders under $100, payment can be made via PayPal or Ko-fi. Orders over $100 are paid via PayPal invoices. You can choose to either pay in full or make a partial payment to pay the 50% deposit. All payments are made in USD.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover the time spent to begin work. If you’ve paid in full in advance and a refund is requested before the coloring stage, 50% will be refunded. You will be refunded if I cancel the commission at any stage. See more in my Terms of Service.

Ideally, I’ll need high-resolution photos with good lighting, but I can work from old/blurry images too. Multiple references are preferred. Please note, that an extra charge might be applied if the photos are extremely low-quality, as I’ll need to reimagine and recreate all the missing details.

My average turnaround time is between 2 weeks to a month, depending on the complexity of your portrait and the place of your slot in the queue. Please let me know if you need your portrait for a specific date, and I’ll do my best to work to your timescale. An extra charge may be applied to rush or expedited services.

You will be sent a sketch if requested, and I will make the changes based on your feedback. After the painting is finished, I will send the watermarked version and work with you until you are happy with the portrait.

My backgrounds and compositions are rarely based on the reference photos. I love painting original backgrounds with nature and foliage, with a touch of fantasy and magic. I’m always open to all ideas - let me know if you have a particular vision for your portrait!
